Subscription and Payment
Subscription Plans
The Service is offered through paid subscription plans on a monthly or annual basis.
Current pricing:
Monthly Plan: $96.99 USD per month
Annual Plan: $1,020 USD per year
All prices are listed in USD and exclude applicable taxes, which will be calculated based on your location.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed via Paddle, our authorized payment provider. By subscribing, you authorize Paddle to charge your selected payment method for all applicable fees.
Billing Cycle
Monthly subscriptions are billed on the same calendar date each month
Annual subscriptions are billed on the anniversary of the subscription start date
All subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to renewal
Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing at any time. Any price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Account and Access
Invitation-Only Access
Access to THE GADGET is strictly invitation-only. Users must apply and be approved to create an account. We reserve the right to accept or reject applications at our sole discretion, without obligation to provide justification.
Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and all activities conducted under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
Account Restrictions
You agree not to:
Share or resell access to your account
Use the Service for unlawful or unauthorized purposes
Attempt to access restricted systems or data
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract proprietary methodologies

Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
You will retain access to paid features until the end of the period already paid.
No partial refunds are issued, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.
Service Availability
While we aim to maintain continuous availability, uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. We reserve the right to:

Temporarily suspend access for technical or operational reasons
Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice
Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Total liability is limited to the total amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you:

Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal behavior
Fail to meet payment obligations
Upon termination, access to the Service will be immediately revoked.
Changes to Terms
