You expressly waive any statutory right of withdrawal (e.g., under UK/EU consumer laws) once access has been granted and the service has begun.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available only under the conditions described below and subject to verification.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your subscription within the first 30 days of your first payment, you may request a full refund.
To be eligible, your usage must not indicate abusive or excessive use of the service during the guarantee period.
Abusive or excessive use includes (non-exhaustive):
Creating disproportionate usage compared to a normal evaluation period.
Automated/scripted access.
Using outputs at scale clearly beyond individual evaluation.
Technical Issues
If you experience a verified material service outage caused by our infrastructure that prevents access, and we are unable to resolve it within 48 hours, you may be eligible for a refund for the affected billing period.
Issues caused by user devices, connectivity, misconfiguration, or factors outside our infrastructure are not eligible.
Duplicate Charges
If you are charged multiple times for the same subscription period, we will refund all verified duplicate charges immediately upon review.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not available for:
Subscriptions cancelled after the 30-day guarantee period.
Partial billing periods (no prorated refunds).
Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service.
Changes of mind after the 30-day guarantee period.
Issues not caused by our verified service outages.
